Epiphany Care Homes, Inc. offers employment opportunities for both the experienced professional as well as to those just entering the healthcare field.

The recruitment and retention of dedicated team members is a very important part of the stability and success of our homes. To assist with this, Epiphany Care offsets much of the costs by making a healthy contribution to the benefits that you choose. For many, there is little to no cost for benefits.

Epiphany offers a competitive comprehensive benefits package that include:

All plans are provided through a Section 125K Cafeteria Plan reducing the overall expense. Under this provision, your costs are paid for with pre-tax dollars reducing the amount removed from your salary structure before Federal Income, State Income, and Social Security taxes. This results in a lower taxable income, and higher net take home pay.

Employees are provided comprehensive training including:

  • Comprehensive new hire orientation,
  • CPR/First Aid Certification,
  • Medication Administration Certification,
  • Driver Certification
  • Monthly training programs and seminar

1- Rates are based on quoted rates as determined by Insurance company with the company’s contribution. Rates may vary due to particular plan chosen, age range, number of dependents as determined by the insurance company.
2- Plans as selected by the company. Additional plan choices are available including full comprehensive for you and your family.
3- Plans are voluntary and plan costs are paid by the employee.
4- Approved by Department of Developmental Services for specific use in our facilities. Transferability should be checked.

  • What if I have no experience?

    Epiphany Care welcomes all persons with a desire to care, and make a difference even little or no experience in the healthcare field. In fact, because of the training opportunities we provide, Epiphany is the perfect place for those who are interested in beginning a career, ready to re-enter the workforce or just seeking a more rewarding way to earn a living.

  • What hours will I work?

    Epiphany Care offers a variety of shifts and schedules. Whether you are a student working around your school schedule, a parent trying to work around your child’s school schedule or trying to supplement your income by seeking a second job, we probably have a schedule that fits your needs.

  • What about pay?

    Wage is determined by many factors to include experience, education, licenses certifications, length of service and job position. In addition to annual merit increases, all regular team members are eligible for survey bonuses. Some positions are eligible for performance bonuses as well. More detailed information on wages will be discussed during the interview process.
