Who We Are
Epiphany Care provides the highest quality of intermediate care homes for the developmentally disabled in Ventura County.
Our management team is comprised of professionals with diverse cultural, educational and career backgrounds creating a knowledge base that creates and provides unique opportunities otherwise not available in alternate settings, as ICF’s are designed to provide the level of medical and/or behavioral supports some individuals require.

Our Locations
Our homes are balanced for each person’s unique needs and allow for growth. Our homes provide supports for children, adult and seniors. We facilitate lives and adapt as the person needs including revising our program plan, environments and ages.
